Bucks’ Antetokounmpo listed as out for Game 6 of Eastern Conference Finals

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is listed as out for Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Atlanta Hawks on Saturday night, according to the NBA’s official injury report.

For the Hawks, Trae Young, who has missed two straight games with a bone bruise in his right foot, is listed as questionable for Game 6.

Antetokounmpo, who sat out Thursday’s Game 5 after an MRI revealed he hyperextended his left knee during Game 4 against Atlanta, had previously been considered doubtful to play.

The two-time MVP hurt his knee while trying to block a dunk attempt by Clint Capela in the third quarter of the Hawks’ 110-88 victory. He landed awkwardly, clutched his knee in obvious pain and remained down for several minutes before walking slowly to the locker room.

Milwaukee looks to move on to the NBA Finals as it leads the Hawks 3-2 in the series. Antetokounmpo has averaged 28.2 points, 12.7 rebounds and 5.2 assists in the Playoffs.
